MB-104 Pro is our aluminum system for genuine Passive House work. At 95mm deep, it’s built to carry glazing packages up to 81mm thick — enough for quadruple glazing — while holding U-factors as low as 0.09 Btu/h·ft²·°F, well beyond what our other aluminum lines can reach.
The Aero variant adds aerogel insulation inserts for even tighter thermal control, and the frame’s structural rigidity is rated for the heavier, extreme-performance glass units that come with that level of glazing. Certified as a Passive House Component by PHI Darmstadt, MB-104 Pro is the line to spec when the brief is measured in annual heating demand, not just curb appeal.
